I'm Bradly. I develop software.

You can find me in a variety of places. In the last couple years, I've driven over 20,000 miles to visit 20 major cities in the US of A (and danced like crazy), received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Washington, started working as a Software Engineer in the bay area, and created projects with over 50,000 active users. You can find my previous work below.

Check-In App

  • What: Open-source web app for dance events.
  • How: Runs on PHP, MySQL, jQuery, Bootstrap, Underscore.js, AJAX, JSON, Custom REST API, blood, sweat, and tears.
  • Why: Wanted to create accessible software that would empower event creators and organizers to make more data-driven decisions.
Check-In App

Game Time

  • What: Monte Carlo simulation for NBA games.
  • How: Runs on C and a bit of luck.
  • Why: Wanted to create a simple simulation to predict the results and likelihoods of various teams competing against each other in the NBA playoffs.

Bradly's YouTube Downloader

  • What: Google Chrome Extension that allows for users to download YouTube videos
  • How: JavaScript magic, reverse engineering, and a good ol' spit polish
  • Why: I was frustrated with the poor and malware-ridden implementations that existed. I knew I could do better. Check my github!

Existential Jackalope

  • What: Website used by dance organizers to list their events on a regional calendar.
  • How: Node.js, Express, AngularJS, MongoDB, a gluttony of magic, and a hint of deep thought.
  • Why: Allowing for a centralized location of event listings and maintenance by the dance community itself rather than relying on a person to add/edit/delete events.

Job Search Helper

  • What: Google Chrome Extension that enables job searching functionality on CrunchBase
  • How: ES6 JavaScript and Google Chrome APIs! (Also voodoo)
  • Why: You hate searching for jobs and so do I. This helps.
